The Presidential Advisor claims that President Nicușor Dan is in permanent contact with political leaders to resolve the political crisis in the country. „Including at last weeks meeting, there was an exchange of opinions regarding the political crisis and the solutions we have on the table to overcome this moment.
And he is fully committed to finding a solution”, Eugen Tomac told Digi 24. He explained that in the last three months the head of state had two nominations for the position of Prime Minister, which, however, did not pass. Tomac announced when the president will make a new nomination.
„In the next period, when a convincing formula is found for the political parties to overcome this moment, the president will make a new designation that will certainly pass through parliament”, said the advisor from the Cotroceni Palace. He added that the president „is fully engaged in an intense dialogue with all the actors involved to overcome this complicated moment for Romania, because we need a new government, as quickly as possible, in order to be able to build future projects for our country”.
